I started this blog in 2006 as a way to stay in touch with friends and family while I was living and working as an English Language Assistant in Nantes, France. Since then, I've become a bit of a "blogger", sharing my adventures on the town, exploring new areas by bike, and any other random details that come along.

Swimerama

Now how's about a little inspiration?

Wednesday's workout:

400 warm up
400 pull
400 IM
300 pull
100 back
100 free fast
20x15m kick
100 cool down
Total = 2100m

Friday's workout:

-600 free warm up

-2 x 50 for time (i'm on 45 sec.)
-1 x 100 on -5
-2 x 100 on cruise
repeat twice

-300 pull (first is on -5, second and third on cruise)
-100 pull back on +40

Total = 2,200m

(If I would have been able to stay to finish the set it would have continued to be 200 pull, 100 pull back, then 100 pull and 100 pull back. Alas, I had to get my hieny out of the pool and head to work).
